Save a new memory
Add context now so future-you can find it later.

Your archive
0 entries saved
Your archive is empty
Save your first link above. Add a note about why it matters, and you will be able to find it again when you need it.
How this works
Save with context
Paste a URL and write a sentence about why you saved it. That one sentence is what makes the difference between a bookmark you forget and a memory you can retrieve.
Tag and prompt
Tags group your entries. Memory prompts are phrases that will make sense to you later. Think of them as notes to your future self.
Search and rediscover
When you need something, search by keyword or filter by tag. Your notes and prompts make every entry findable, even months later.
Common mistakes
- Saving without a note. A URL alone tells you nothing later. Even one sentence helps.
- Being too vague. "Interesting article" is not a useful note. "Explains why blue light affects melatonin" is.
- Not exporting. Your data lives in this browser. If you clear it, your archive goes with it. Export regularly.
- Too many tags. Stick to 2-4 tags per entry. More than that and filtering stops helping.
Example entries
Here is what good entries look like:
- Title: How to Take Smart Notes · Note: Zettelkasten method explained simply. Want to try this for my research project. · Tags: productivity, note-taking · Prompt: the note-taking book Ali Abdaal recommended
- Title: Sourdough Starter Guide · Note: Step-by-step with photos. The feeding schedule chart on page 3 is what I keep coming back to. · Tags: baking, food · Prompt: bread recipe I made that one weekend in March
About your data
Everything stays in your browser. MemoryMark does not use a server, does not require an account, and does not track you. Your archive is yours. The tradeoff is that it does not sync between devices. Use the export and import buttons to move your data between browsers or computers.
